The platform includes buyer accounts, partner company accounts, verification systems, review systems, TrustScore systems, AI recommendation systems, search and discovery systems, analytics systems, and sponsored visibility systems.

Partner companies acknowledge and consent that UpBusiness may process verification information, validate submitted business information, and use automated and manual review systems — including AI — for integrity evaluation, TrustScore calculations, and moderation.

Publicly visible company information — including company names, reviews, ratings, TrustScore, portfolio content, and public contact details — may appear on UpBusiness, be indexed by search engines, appear in AI search and recommendation engines, or be surfaced in marketing materials or analytics reports.

• Reviews may be publicly visible and indexed
• Used in rankings and TrustScore systems
• May be moderated or edited for readability and formatting
• Retained indefinitely where legally permitted

UpBusiness reserves full moderation rights regarding reviews and ratings.

UpBusiness uses AI, machine learning, recommendation, automated moderation, behavioral analysis, and search optimization systems. User information may be processed through these systems.

UpBusiness may use cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and related tracking technologies for authentication, analytics, personalization, advertising and retargeting, performance measurement, and fraud detection.

Users may manage cookies through browser settings.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, protecting confidential data, and ensuring uploaded content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

Users must not upload fake documents, misleading information, stolen portfolio content, harmful content, unlawful material, or malicious software.

UpBusiness may retain information for operational purposes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, platform integrity, and AI and analytics systems. Public reviews and profile information may remain visible even after account inactivity where legally permitted.

Users may delete accounts through platform functionality where available. UpBusiness may retain legal records, fraud prevention records, historical operational records, and public reviews where legally permitted.

The platform may contain integrations or links to third-party services. UpBusiness is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, content, security, services, or transactions. Users access third-party systems at their own risk.

Users accessing UpBusiness from outside India acknowledge that information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions where UpBusiness or its service providers operate.
